  • What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You must cancel 24 before the date and time of your cruise.  No show, no refund. We have limited seats and if you decide not to go you must cancel 24 hours in advance.

  • What if it rains?

If WE cancel your cruise due to weather, we will try to reschedule you for a different date. If we cannot reschedule you there will be no charge to you. We do not offer refunds for early returns.

  • Can I bring alcohol?

Alcohol is permitted however NO GLASS is permitted onboard vessel. Please drink alcohol responsibly. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed while onboard. Thanks for your understanding.

  • I have an infant. Do they count as a passenger?

Every person INCLUDING INFANTS count as a passenger for all cruises. All passengers must reserve a seat. If you fail to reserve the proper number of guests and we are over capacity because of your additional guest, that guest will not be allowed onboard. Each participant in the reservation must be listed to board vessel.

  • Is there a restroom onboard?

Yes, but please pay attention to the captain’s briefing at the beginning of the cruise for instructions on how to use the toilet (we call it a head on a boat). Please do not put gum, paper towels, or feminine products in the head, or it will render it useless for the remainder of the cruise.

  • What should we bring?

Bring a small cooler with drinks and snacks. We do not sell food onboard at this time. You may bring alcohol, but we ask that you not bring glass. Also, bring a bag with hat, camera, sunglasses towels, and lotion type sunscreen. Don’t forget to bring extra money for a gratuity for the mate. Please, no spray or squirt sunscreen

  • What should I wear?

On cruises involving swimming activities come adequately prepared. Have your swimsuit and sunscreen on, under your clothes. We also ask that you bring a lotion type sunscreen for re-application, so that we don’t make the deck slippery and dangerous by using spray or squirt sunscreens. For sunset cruises you should bring a light jacket for cooler nights. Hats have a tendency to blow off so make sure if you wear one it is secured.

  • Do you allow animals?

Service animals (not support animals) are of course welcome with vest and proper paperwork. However at this time we do not allow any other animals. Contact us for exceptions on private charters.

  • Is there shade on the boat?

Yes. There is shade on the boat for if you don’t want to be in the sun.
